Retailers agree to pay up


Washinton- TJ max , Marshalls and 12 other companies have agreed to pay more than $ 1 million in civil penalities for failer to report safety hazards promptly , the consumers said Tuesday .


The companies were penalized for children's clothing with drawstrings through the hoodor henk , the commision said .
