Interest rates on short term T Bill's were mixed in Mondays auction . The Treasury Department auctioned $ 30 Billion in three months bill's at adiscount rate of 0.2 percent , up from 0.195 pecent last week . Another $ 28 billion in 6 months bills auctioned at a discount rate of 0.4 pecent , down from 0.42 pecent last week . The three month rate was the highest since the bills averaged 0.225 pecent two weeks ago . The six month rate was the lowest since averaged 0.39 pecent , also two weeks ago .
